Town of Eagle Grand Avenue Design

Stolfus completed the 60% design for this incredibly important update to the main artery of the Town’s transportation system from Eby Creek Road west to Sylvan Lake Road. Following an initial value engineering process of the concept design, the Stolfus Team worked with the Town to develop their vision for Grand Avenue of year-round mobility for all users, implementable solutions, environmental sustainability, and converting community support into action into realistic engineering solutions. Amenities include roundabouts at key intersections, roadway medians, native planters, bikeway, and sidewalks. Project deliverables included the VE Study, 30 and 60% 60% design plans, anOpinion of Probable Cost, Traffic Reports, Public Meeting materials, and potential phasing strategies. Stolfus is actively developing construction documents for Phase 1 which includes Eby Creek Road west to Broadway Street while supporting the town to advance the entire corridor.
