Town of Avon

Through its on-call contract with the Town of Avon, Stolfus is providing preliminary and final design services to support the extension of the Avon Main Street Mall from Lettuce Shed Lane to Nottingham Park. The project strengthens pedestrian connections between downtown, civic spaces, and recreational amenities. Stolfus is delivering plans to include the pedestrian walkway with decorative pavers to match the existing mall while adding plazas and landscaping refinements at the Town Hall Plaza and Nottingham Park interface supporting a cohesive, people-focused public space.
