Town of Eagle Grand Avenue Design

Stolfus is nearing completion of the preliminary (30%) design for this incredibly important update to the main artery of the Town’s transportation system from Eby Creek Road west to Sylvan Lake Road. Following an initial value engineering process of the concept design, the Stolfus Team worked with the Town to develop their vision for Grand Avenue of year-round mobility for all users, implementable solutions, environmental sustainability, and converting community support into action into realistic engineering solutions. Amenities include roundabouts at key intersections, roadway medians, native planters, bikeway, and sidewalks. Project deliverables included VE Study, 30% Design Plans, Opinion of Probable Cost, Traffic Report, Public Meeting Materials
