On the Morrison Trail project, the community wanted to expand the regional trail system and improve intersection safety without negatively affecting Bear Creek and the natural environment. We developed a plan that provided permanent parking adjacent to the trail, reconfigured a high-speed right-turn, and avoided modification of Bear Creek.
